Panic Alarm for Multistoried Flats / Building Ownerships


      Electronic security system consists of a separate Central Control Unit for each building , a Master Control Unit with Loud Siren, Electronic control unit with Push button switch in each flat and a Flashing Lamp and small Buzzer outside each flat. The Master Control Unit is fixed in the Security Watchmans cabin . The Central Control Unit is fixed in the basement of each building. The Electronic control unit is fixed at a convenient location in each flat and the Flashing Lamp and Buzzer are fixed outside each flat on the top of main entrance. The Master Control unit has a 3 digit display to indicate the flat number a loud siren and reset switch. The Master Control ,Central Control Unit and Electronic Control Unit are housed in a sturdy tamper proff boxes. The system has a battery backup . All the Central Control Units are connected to the Master Control Unit in watchman cabin by wire. The Electronic control Unit in each flat is connected to the Central console in that Building and to the lamp and small buzzer fixed outside each flat. Operation When any of the push to on panic switch is pressed the lamp outside the flat starts flashing,buzzer sounds and the flat number is displayed at the Master console and the loud siren sounds. A time log is generated in the Master console of the flat number and time of activating the alarm. The Master control Unit can be reset by pressing the reset switch. Thus the security guard is alerted and he can then take appropriate action. If at a time more then one switch is pressed then the flat numbers will be displayed alternately. In case if somebody breaks the wire coming from flat to Central Control Unit then the light flasher and buzzer outside the particular flat operates. If the wire from Central Control Unit to the Master Control Unit is cut then a led indicator flashes at Master control Unit. The unit is extremely useful in multiflat buildings , elderly homes etc.
