These display boards are used on assembly lines with conveyer belts. These boards are connected to serial port of a computer or plc or a stand alone control unit. the communication can be either rs232, rs422 or rs485. Display fields are numeric and alphanumeric. Displays are from 2" to 12" height in red or yellow or green colour. The display is either discrete led based or segment type. The conveyor belt status is continuously displayed on the board; such as number of stoppages, time, station number, production status etc. in addition , real time clock is also incorporated in the board. The clock can be stand alone or synchronized with pc or plc clock., day, date & year can also be displayed.

dh+ / rio communication can also be provided. A separate alphanumeric field can also be provided for flashing messages. The boards are either of wall mounting type or hanging type. double side display can also be provided. The boxes are powder coated & dust proof to withstand foundry environment. All printed circuit boards are of glassepoxy & treated with antiygroscopic varnish to with stand varying humidity conditions. SMPS is used to take care of line voltage fluctuations. surge suppressors are provided for spikes on line voltage.
