EMERGENCY CALL BELL SYSTEM

      The system consists of a microcontroller based 5 digit display a flasher and loud siren. The unit has a reset switch to reset the alarm. The alarm is provided with a timer and alarm shuts off automatically after 1 minute if it is not reset .this unit is kept at the main houseman room .upto 20 locations can be connected to this unit by two number push to on switches at each location. One is call switch and other is reset switch. Each location has A 5 digit code. When any one location need help from the Houseman he presses the call switch . Normally the display shows the prompt code . Once a call switch is Pressed the code of that location flashes on the display and buzzer and light flasher operate. Thus the attendent near the unit knows the location where he is required. He presses the reset switch so that the buzzer stops. He then attends the call and after the callers work is over he presses the reset swith at caller end to reset the display and flasher on the main unit. If during this period if another location presses the call button the buzzer sounds again and the two codes are displayed one by one each for 3 seconds . If there are more calls the codes will be displayed one by one . Thus in this system the attendent cannot ignore the call as resetting is to be done from callers end.
