REMOTE SWITCH

      The unit consists of a battery operated transmitter circuit and a receiver unit. Electronic relay circuit is housed in the receiver box which is connected to 230v ac supply. When the transmitter switch is pressed the receiver unit receives the transmitted signal and it then triggers the relay circuit, which operates a relay. A two pin socket is provided on the box and form the normally open contact of the relay 230v is connected to the socket. By pressing the transmitter switch again the relay releases disconnecting the 230v supply. Any appliance can be switched on & off with this unit. The range of this unit is around 100'. Two types of transmitters are available. For frequency operated version the transmission can pass through concrete structres. In infrafred based version the unit is to be operated from the same room. this unit is extremely useful in offices, houses. It can also be used for security application for switching on poarch lights or operating an alarm.
